Changes since February 1997

This page contains an overview over changes of uptools3. For each change reported here, a new distribution is made available at our ftp site. Latest release available is Version 3.02.

Version 3.03 - November 6 1997

• Equipped upview with the possibility of polling, see the upview documentation at upview.

Version 3.03 - October 2 1997

• Added upread2.

Version 3.03 - June 12 1997

• Adding progress-indicator to upworks.

Version 3.03 - May 5 1997

• Added feature to uplib for incorporating both .SEGMENT CHAR and .SEGMENT CHARACTER entries.

Version 3.02 - March 14 1997

• Fixed a bug in upsiglib.c, which occurred when calling sigDelineation2Charstream multiple times for the same delination.
• Added the routine sigEntry2CharSignal to upsiglib.c. This routine fills three arrays of integers with the samples belonging to a .SEGMENT entry.
• Changed upworks such that during loading a file, the top-menu functionality can be used. Images in the main window are now packed and placed using the grid command.

Version 3.01 - March 5 1997

• Updated Makefile and configure, such that make install works properly.
• Changed upview.c, in drawall (initialization of variables va1 and va2 to zero)
• Changed read_unipen.c, lines 1769 (removed 'tab') and 663 (removed '\').
• Changed Makefile to be able to compile for Dec Alpha running OSF/1
• Added pre-compiled binaries for Dec Alpha running OSF/1
