The IWFHR series of conferences aims at providing a platform for researchers in the areas of on-line and off-line recognition of handwriting, in the area of pen-based interface development and systems for the processing of handwritten documents and forms in all languages. The program committee invites the submission of papers for inclusion in the conference. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and the authors of accepted papers will be invited to present their work in the form of oral presentations or posters.
